Strong by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba is NOT DANCE but a high-intensity workout where every move is synced to a music beat. Using only your body weight, STRONG by Zumba will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one.

BOOTCAMP w/Mimi

BOOTCAMP is a challenging, fun and supportive workout! ... The workouts consists of cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, plyometrics, strength training, lifting weights, stability ball, resistance bands, kettle bells, stretching and so much more!  The only way to find out what's next is by coming!

    Make sure to bring water, towel, yoga mat and a set of weights to Core & More class

(If anyone needs weights and a mat, they will be available but in  limited quantities) 

  • No weights needed for Strong by Zumba or bootcamp class
