If today is Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, thank you for making the decision to join us today!  This will be a Zoom Session that lasts for 30 total minutes.  At 6:40p(CST), the session will open so you can set up your cell phone, laptop or computer to show your full body.  If you would like to keep your video blocked, that is perfectly fine as well! We will start promptly at 6:45p so be ready to sweat, sweat, sweat!
